Keli Semelsberger is an award-winning facilitator, improviser, educator, and experience designer with more than 25 years of creating transformative experiences for organizations, communities, schools, and audiences. Drawing from a background in theater, improvisation, leadership development, experiential learning, and team dynamics, Keli designs programs that inspire connection, creativity, collaboration, and lasting impact.
Loran Washington
Business Development Coordinator
Loran Washington serves as Business Development Coordinator for the Organizational Experience Studio. She works closely with organizations, event planners, community partners, and corporate leaders to identify opportunities, build relationships, and connect clients with customized experiences designed to meet their goals and create meaningful engagement.
Amy Pittman
Amy Pittman has been an energetic, professional facilitator and coach since 2008, inspiring connection amongst groups both large and small. Amy has a global mindset with experience spanning the spectrum of roles, industries, and continents. After joining Charlotte Comedy Theater in 2024, Amy continues to play with multiple improv teams, perform on stages with Blumenthal Arts, host immersive events, and teach. Her relatable enthusiasm is a welcoming invitation for participants and teams to come together through shared joy, creativity, and bold action.
